Working Process of Pneumo-hydraulic Drives
The initial state: Air inflows through P1 inlet. The working piston is in initial position;
The speeding stroke: Air inflows through P2 inlet. The working piston moves to workpiece rapidly under the effect of compressed air. This process only includes pneumatic movement, so it has the aerodynamic characteristics of small force and fast speed. This can realize the purpose of soft contact with the workpiece, thus protecting the molds and workpiece;
The force-amplifying stroke: After the working piston contacts the workpiece, the pneumatic pressure in P2 outlet increases. Open the special valve D and the power piston begins to move. According to the principle of force balance, hydraulic pressure in the working oil cavity will increase. The high-pressure oil drives the piston rod, thus realizing large pressing force output;
The return stroke: After finishing the pressing process, air inflows through P1. The working piston returns rapidly under the effect of the pneumatic pressure. At the same time, the power piston returns rapidly under the effect of the spring.

1.With a positioning convex flange plate, the pneumo-hydraulic cylinder can be installed on the body accurately.
2.Both sides of the working piston are installed with durable buffers, to ensure low noise in high-speed working process.
3.The sealing elements are specially lubricated before installation. Air without lubrication is allowed.
4.After a long-term test and adjustment, all the seal installation technology is optimized.

Besides, the spring can also reduce air consumption while working. The piston returns to its initial position non-pneumatically. Compressed air is not needed.
*1.The requirement of non-force stroke can be realized by changing the force-amplifying piston.
*2.Whenever working piston meets resistance, force-amplifying stroke switch will open automatically. The working process turns into force-amplifying stroke and controlled by throttle X.
*3.Force-amplifying stroke switch valve has been installed on the cylinder. The pneumo-hydraulic cylinder has double modes of action.
